In one way or another, Brian’s professional life has revolved around a central point; real estate and housing. A middle school lawn cutting hobby grew into a landscaping and lawn care business that would pay his way through college. After graduating with a degree in civil engineering from Penn State University, Brian spent the first 10 years of his professional life as a design engineer for residential and commercial land development projects both large and small. It wasn’t until he left engineering and started his own home interior improvement company that the idea of becoming a Realtor® began to take hold.
With this background, Brian has a wealth of knowledge and skills that uniquely benefit his clients. He offers a client-focused approach that has been cultivated since his days as a landscaper and possesses complex problem solving skills developed as an engineer. Brian also combines those traits with his renovator awareness of quality craftsmanship within a home, as well as vision for a home’s potential to fit his client’s needs. But it is not just about his knowledge; it is his ability to engage and relate to clients on many different levels that truly sets him apart. Brian’s philosophy in his professional life is the same as in his personal life…develop and nurture relationships and everything else will follow suit. It is this shared relationship-first philosophy that drew Brian to The Kristin Ciarmella Group.
